2. Products & Professional Use

We supply high-grade medical consumables, PPE, surgical essentials, and healthcare supplies. While we take every care to describe and display products accurately, images are for illustration purposes and manufacturer packaging or specifications may occasionally vary.

Certain products sold on this website are intended for use by trained healthcare professionals, clinical practitioners, or licensed care facilities. By ordering professional-grade medical devices or equipment, you warrant that you or the end-user possess the appropriate training, qualifications, and facilities to use and store the products safely.

3. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

After placing an order online, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order request and does not constitute formal acceptance of the contract. The contract of sale between you and Kensington Medical Supplies Ltd is only formed when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion (e.g. in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify regulatory credentials).

4. Pricing, VAT & Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
  • VAT: Prices include VAT where applicable at the prevailing UK rate (20%). Zero-rated or VAT-exempt purchases are subject to valid UK HMRC exemption certificates.
  • Payment: Payment is processed securely at checkout via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or direct bank transfer (BACS). We do not store credit card numbers.
  • B2B Trade Accounts & Net Terms: Customers with approved trade credit accounts agree to payment terms of Net 30 days from invoice date up to their agreed credit limit. Overdue commercial balances may accrue statutory interest and debt recovery costs pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Delivery, Risk & Retention of Title

  • Risk of damage or loss of goods passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.
  • Title (ownership) of any goods remains with Kensington Medical Supplies Ltd until full payment has been received cleared funds.
  • Please inspect deliveries upon arrival and report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer legislation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015). For health, safety, and infection control reasons, single-use, sterile, or hygiene-sensitive items (including gloves, masks, PPE, needles, and dressings) cannot be returned once packaging or tamper seals have been opened.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products must be stored and used in strict compliance with the manufacturer's directions, expiry dates, and regulatory standards. To the extent permitted by law, Kensington Medical Supplies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products purchased.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any contracts formed under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
